The rack is very strong and well made. It fits my swift horse well. The only issue is it rubs on my saddle which is set as high as I can ride comfortably. I tried attaching it a quarter turn but it sticks out so far it’s hard to get on the bike. Still happy I purchased it and working on a solution.

The basket is made very well, but the mounting system needs a little more development, even though it seems to be excellent at first. BEWARE: Bike rear suspension systems (all manufacturers) allow the rear wheel mounting system (swing arm) to move upward and forward. I rolled off a curb so slowly it was barely fast enough to keep me upright. The rear suspension system did it's job, my body sitting on the seat went downwards and at the same time the rear wheel mounting system came forward and upward very quickly. The basket travels forward and upward too and it fractured my tailbone. The pain was excruciating and still very sore after 3 weeks. It felt like my tailbone was struck by a 3-pound hammer. There were 3 inches clearance from seat to front of basket. The basket can cleverly mount rotated 90 degrees providing more clearance, but it is a safety hazard in my case riding trails because it protrudes outward. The basket has 2 mounting systems; one is an attempt to provide forward/rearward adjustment. One screws down to rack in a predetermined location and is the strongest. The other allows adjustment but its design is to clamp 2 steel bars underneath the rack but it is subject to sliding all directions if bumped and the bars bend and weakens the clamping pressure. The basket should be made so the steel bars are welded inline with the others already welded so they run the entire length of basket and should have multiple holes pre-drilled providing a simple, solid adjustable mounting system. I ended up drilling 2 new holes in the bottom of the basket and used one flat bar aligned under a round bar on the rack which kept the bar from bending. The combination of the 2 mounting systems is strong. It gave me 1.5 inches more seat clearance. I then slid the seat all the way forward for a total of about 6 inches clearance. I also taped a swim noodle to the front of the bar rail so if it ever hits me again it will be padded. To test the clearance, I collapsed the rear shock using a ratchet strap attached to steering column and rack bar. The result is I have 2 inches seat clearance with shock totally collapsed and hope my rear isn't too far off the seat edge to be in the path of traveling basket when the suspension system retracts. A tail bone injury can be serious if the pain travels above the top of your buttocks crack -- seek emergency medical treatment as it can cause paralysis. There should be warnings on bikes with rear suspension and baskets about this hazard. It is not apparent unless you happen to study it.

For accessories, we usually ships them from our warehouse in United States or Canada. It will normally take 3-10 days for delivery. However when the items are not in stock in United States or Canada, we will ship it from China factory, it will normally take about 2 weeks.
