1. Report for Samsung batteries.

After getting the bike, some customers may wonder why the battery is not from Samsung but a Chinese factory. Here comes the explanation. Samsung will not produce ebike batteries for a specific company, but they do sell a lot of battery cells. Our battery case is produced by one Chinese company while the battery cell is from Samsung Company. Please check below picture to verify that the battery cell from Samsung Company.

2. Manuals for the display.

Please don't adjust the parameter settings frequently or it will make some function of the bike defective. Read the manuals carefully and if any issues occur, please adjust them to the default settings. You can also send us email at support@freeskycycle.com to get more information.
