all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing
defects (motor, controller, and battery). Warranty for other
consumable parts is 3 months.
Ebikes from Freesky are under 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, please contact the customer service team within 15 days. We do not provide product returns service after 15 days, as same as refund.
SHIPPING fee will be calculated at the checkout page. Your eBike will be shipped from our CA/NJ warehouse.

Thumb Throttle

1.After you assembly the bike, we suggest you keep 1 key at home for future use.
2.Check and Make sure all the screws, including but not limited to the screws on the stem, handlebar, front fork, headlight, rear frame and kickstand, is tightened.
3.Make sure the seat height is suitable for you to stretch your legs but not too high from the ground.
4.Check the brake and the shifter whether it is in good function. Check the tire pressure. Normally 85% of the rated maximum pressure is ok for your bike.

1.To engage the motor, please use the pedal assist 1-2 or use the throttle gently. Please be aware that if you press the throttle immediately to the end when the bike is powered on, it will give you very fast speed in a second.
2.When you are moving up or down in gears, always pedal at the same time. Do not shift more than two gears at a time. Always maintain the gear system in good condition.
3.Always wear a helmet when riding your electric bike. Turn on the light when riding at night.

1.Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
2.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
3.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.

Easy Assembly

This ebike is sturdy feeling. It was really well packed, no scuffs or scrapes, and very easy to assemble.750 Watt hub motor is powerful for climbing 25 hills with effortlessly, the battery has been lasting a long time. The fat tire and front suspension make a comfortable and smoother ride. For me, I love the step through and upright body position design. I can easily get on and off the ebike. It also has a very comfortable big saddle for long ride. Mothers birthday is coming up and I thought I'd get her this electric bike, I think she'll love it.

A Beast and a Beauty

I bought this Rocky after talking with Mark on a Sunday. He had answers to all my questions and helped me overcome an issue with ordering the red bike on my I phone. ( Had to order with I pad)

I have been E-biking for several years and found that my ecotric and Lectrics could not handle mountain biking without being jarred to pieces. I have broken several seat post screws, had several flat tires, disconnected a fender, and suffered jammed chains. Each time I limped home only to hit the trails with more tools and parts added to my rear bike bag.I finally realized I needed a better bike.

A thorough search led me to Freesky. Could not find much in the way of testimonials but I found that their Rocky had the specs I wanted. More power, more torque, better braking, better cushioning from rocks and roots, brighter headlights, and better seating position. I got it all with the Rocky. Also it is less than 70” long so it fits in the bed of my truck with the wheel straight. I Took the bike out for three hours today on double oak mountain and came back without being fatigued. The Rocky Took on mountains like a billy goat ( or a flying squirrel) With 750 watt motor and excelkent torque I could climb the steepest hills on power level 2 and gear 2. When I wanted I could add throttle which ramps quickly( as it is not tied to PAS level).

This bike is well designed, gorgeous and came in a candy apple red metallic color. It truly is a beast and a beauty.

The suspension is superb. The 80 mm travel on the front fork is generous and can be adjusted. The rear shock was perfect for my 200 lb weight. The seating position behind the BMX style handlebars is a good fit for my 5’-10” height.

Best part of the experience is the quick turnaround from customer service. Mike sent me the manual for the color display, identified loose parts in the tool kit and sent me a twist throttle instead of the thumb throttle.

My only caution on the bike is that the minimum distance from pedal to ground is only 5”. I have learned to pull my pedals up when approaching rocks and roots.

Rocky Step-Thru Sweet Bike!

My wife absolutely loves this bike. Minimal assembly required and everything seems to be well made. I worked with Mark at Freesky and he made sure all my questions were answered before and after the sale. Great customer service.
